Argument. Our abilities to develop in a group a unique personal thought, differentiated from that of an other is a potential source of conflict. Likewise, accepting another person’s thinking challenges us and puts our own values into question. These skills of interaction-in-the-world, however, are essentials for taking action to transform any situation.
Pedagogical aim. We shall focus our work on identifying these processes of sensitive differentiation in a group and learn how to sustain them.
